What is the application process?

You can apply for an apartment on the main home page or by clicking on “Apply now” in the top right. Any questions regarding the application process can be email to info@oleanpropertymanagement.com

What is included in the rent?

Unless otherwise stated rent will include water and sewer up to an allotted $50/month. If any other utilities are included in the rent they will be stated in the listing.

Are pets allowed?

Unless otherwise stated pets are allowed! A $300 one time non refundable cleaning fee will be required upon move in.

What is the smoking policy?

Smoking is NOT permitted in any apartment operated by OPMC. Tenants found smoking inside the property will be subject to lease termination

How do I pay my rent?

Payments can be made out via check to P.O. Box 318, Olean NY 14760 or online through Venmo or Zelle.
